In 2007 I experienced a slow deterioration in my physical health. It happened in a way where I didn’t notice at first. One day I woke up sore, aching and tired, I realised I’d been feeling this way for months. Chronic fatigue can happen in 1 of 2 ways, it happens very quickly, or it creeps in and you don’t notice it at first.
I worked out the contributors my chronic fatigue were; past drug use, unhealthy foods and stress. I also ate too much food and too much sugar, in the hope that people wouldn’t think I was under-eating. The fascinating thing was, this actually caused me to lose weight, get digestion problems and develop the chronic fatigue.
All across Queensland and Australia there are people who want to be healthy, but can’t find what helps to make a real life transformation! People aren’t sure exactly what health advice to follow. That is what I became interested in. I began to realise that it’s not just about being healthy and exercising, it’s about loving the body and truly supporting the body to be well.
In 2009 I began studying human behaviour and how to change habits & addictions. I have been blessed to learn from some of the world’s masters in Mind/Body Health and Transformational Therapies. I discovered that with the right systems in place, change was possible for me and I have now worked with 1100 clients in one-to-one sessions, to achieve the same. By getting my relationship with myself right, my energy has gone way up! I am no longer controlled by food or drugs and I don’t crave them one bit!
My professional background is in Hypnotherapy, NLP Masters, Psychosomatic Therapy and The Demartini Method. There are key steps that must be taken to heal and I now share these steps with others.
